I’m so happy to report that I got an offer (the full asking price) on my condo today, just one month after it was listed! I felt that this would go quickly, but just didn’t know for sure. And until the closing in 30 days, it’s not completely certain, but I feel positive the sale will go smoothly.
It’s such a relief and another big step in a new direction for me. Ever since I made the decision to sell my condo and pursue another international teaching job, things have swooshed along easily. I thrive on change and get so energized when it’s time to purge, re-organize, sort, pack and look forward to the next goal.
I can only imagine what the next few months will be like – a new temporary life in Japan, the people I’ll meet and work with and the things I’ll see and do. And then after that? I don’t know and the unknown never bothers me. Anything is possible and I love the mystery of what’s around the bend.

Thanks for supportive comments! I’m so excited – inspection tomorrow, then just waiting for the closing on the 30th. No snow in that photo – just dirt path and bare fields… :)
Hey Robyn, good news on the condo, hard to believe with housing market in a mess! Hope it all pans out. What an adventure you are embarking on, AGAIN!! Look forward to more news.
